Electric question. I think they claim it's a code violation; however, if you have a 100 amp box, why can't you put two 60 amp subs if you manually shut the breakers off/on you're using at interval times? Otherwise you need to upgrade to a 200 amp box and buy skinny 20 and 15 amp breakers. Depends how much $1k to turn off the power to swap?
